TENDER FOR PROVIDING SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE CHENNAI PORT LAND AT MAPPEDU NEAR SRIPERUMBUDUR

1)Providing round the clock security arrangements by engaing 3 Security guards in 3 shifts ( one security guard per shift ) to guard the lands, trees and other structures etc., at two land parcels of Chennai Port at Mappedu near Sriperumbudur in order to prevent encroachments, damage, misuse, theft and other anti-social activities etc., including supply of uniforms, bicycle, mobile phone, lathis, torches, whistle, furniture for the Security Guards etc., complete. (First shift - 6.00AM to 2.00PM Second shift - 2.00PM to 10.00PM Third shift -10.00PM to 6.00AM) Note : The tenderer is directed to quote rate for three Security Guards per month

2)Supplying and fixing PVC Security Bunk of size 1.80m x 1.20m x 2.10m with PVC panel of 6mm thick for walls, main structural members with MS 20mm Square/ tube, roofing with pre - painted Galvanized iron sheet, flooring of 20mm thick cement board and top with 1mm thick Vinyl mat/ Wooden flooring, 1 no of PVC main door of size 0.75m x 1.80m with frame and other fittings, 2 nos of glass sliding windows of size 0.60m x 1.20m with frame and other fittings, 2 nos of rack, 1 no of writing pad, including Providing necessary lighting (Illumination arragements) with 1 tube light, 1 No 3 pin plug point, including necessary supporting arrangement for fixing in the ground and hooks for lifting if necessary, including maintaining the Security bunk in neat and tidy, including all labour, materials, fixtures, tools, equipments , transportation, fixing , etc., complete Note : The tenderer shall handover the Security Bunk to Chennai Port at Chennai Port premises or as directed, after the Contract period is completed.
