NS Item:-Providing and Fixing of RCC Folding compound wall is a prefabricated, modular boundary wall system constructed from reinforced cement concrete (RCC) Panels that are assemble don-site. These are horizontal, Reinforced concrete slabs typically between 50mm and 75mm thick. They are manufactured off-site under controlled conditions, which ensures consistency and strength and vertical RCC posts have an H- shaped cross-section. The panels slide into the grooves (or `H- part`) of these columns, which hold them securely in place. A. Footings are created for H-Columns, often by digging pits and filling them with concrete. B. The H-Columns are placed and aligned in the footings and fixed with concrete. C. The precast panels are then easily stacked and slid into the column slots, one on top of the other, until the desired height is reached. D. The wall is complete and ready for use without the need of extensive plastering.
