Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of defective parts bush, bearing, condenser,flexible connection wire,down rods, canopies,minor spares,painting and re-winding all as specified and directed. (Note : Rubber Bush, Gun Metal Bush, bearing,capacitor, twin core twisted copper flexible wire, down rods, canopies, winding and paintng are measured and paid separately as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included)

Rewinding of burnt winding from the stater of the ceiling fan any sweep with matching gauge and turns of super enamelled copper wire leathenic paper, glass sleeves etc including varnishing,heating the windings as per manufacturer design and reassembling the same complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Painting of ceiling fan with set of blades of any sweep complete with one coat of 1st grade quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying including preparation of old painted surfaces to remove any type of sticky dust, oil marks etc and filling cavities with fillers and writing letters and numbers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhaust/Ventilation fan of any sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position (high rise bldgs up to 8 storey height) and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of defective parts bush, bearing, condenser,flexible connection wire,louvers,shutters,painting,minor spares and re-winding all as specified and directed.
