Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone walls or concrete surface including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (internal plaster) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified

M&L rendering 15mm thick (external plaster) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement including WPC complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar in 1:3 to concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including 1mm thick wall putty on plastered wall surface incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L two coats of cement base paint to new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces over a coat of cement primercomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L three coats of white wash to new plastered surfaces on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming, down, scrapping down smoke spot and stopping nails mark by filling Birla white putty and applying one coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but two coat of cement based paint

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming, down, scrapping down smoke spot and stopping nails mark by filling Birla white putty and applying one coat of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer and 2 mm thick wall care putty (wherever required) complete all as specified and directed. Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of ceiling, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint including 2 mm thick wall care putty (wherever required) on plastered surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE: Putty shell be measured and paid separately)

M & L for applying a layer of 2 mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on wall / ceiling surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of walls, prepration of surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered OR unplastered old decorated surface walls by brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof paint on external surfaces including a coat of acrylic based primer at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparing newly pervious untreated surface Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,for kerb stone and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coast of pink primer complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth ,including roof and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for damp stop (Berger/Birla/Asian paints/equivant) of 3mm thick on wall surface by using "Roller" after smoothning the surface using sand paper etc. complete all as specified and as directed. {Note: (a) Cracks of wall to be filled with its crack fill paste make berger or equivalent, (b) Damp proof should be done by skilled labour and as per manufacturer's instruction}

Material and labour for repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose materials from the top of the chajja by means of light hammering and chiselling, removing loose concrete cover only and clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by application of two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilites Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet, provide PCC 1:2:4 with required shuttering to match the existing portion and/or apply a 10mm dash coat of cement plaster with the waterproofing compound, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering to prepared surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including supply and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- Dr.Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE )

Cutting down small trees/ bushes from wall/ roof/ chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instruction and making good the disturbed portion by carrying out cement plaster/PCC and finally applying two coat of existing specification and same colour paints over a coat of primer to match the existing surfaces inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and equipment required to complete the work up to 15 Mtr height all as specified and directed.

M&L writing letters or figures(Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) N.exc 30 Cm High complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 12 Kg Box of Dr. Fixit Fastflex high quality polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane for water proofing.

NOTE : All painting works included under this BOQ are to be carried out up to a height of 15.00 meters. The contractor shall make necessary arrangements for scaffolding, access equipment, and safety measures at no extra cost. The painting shall be done strictly as per manufacturer’s specifications and good industry practices. Each coat shall be applied in proper sequence—primer, undercoat, and finishing coat—ensuring adequate drying time between coats. Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and repair shall be carried out thoroughly prior to application. Only approved brands and shades shall be used, and work shall be subject to inspection and approval at each stage by the Engineer-in-Charge. After completion of the painting work, the contractor shall thoroughly clean all surfaces where paint may have been spilled or splashed, including walls, floors, glass panes, doors, and fixtures, ensuring the site is left in a neat and clean condition. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and equipment required to complete the work in all respects.
