Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in any type of soil for taking out/laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated material (soils) from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually/mechanically in any type of soil upto 200 mm bore below GL upto required depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable DI/CI pipe, joints, bends, elbow, tees, rubber joints of size upto 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Old U/s material CI/DI pipe & with fitting obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

Note 1: - Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ. Note 2:- Contractors will provide route indicators mild steel body with top 150 mm plate 3mm thick and height not less than 300mm above finished GL at suitable intervals as directed by EIC. Cost of route indicators shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates. Note3:- DI pipe whole quantity of tender shall be procured by contractor in one time and submit PV's MTC & e-way for whole quantity of DI pipe alongwith 1st RAR for payment material laying at site. Note4:- Piece meal site for laying of pipe shall be given by EIC and contractor arrange to transport the DI pipe accordingly at his own arrangement. No any additional payment for transportation will be given to contractor. Contractors are requested to quote rate accordingly. Note5:- Rubber fibre (Tyton) Joints shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate. Note6:- Layout plan for laying of DI pipe shall be given by EIC in writing.

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239/3589, 4mm thick, 150mm bore dia laid in trenches or in Horizontal/Vertical/inclined position or laying on floors for connections to centrifugal pump set for suction, pump to header and connected to out going water main CI/DI pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- MS Flanges shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supplying and fixing MS flanges of 150 mm bore not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of MS pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing of cast iron sluice valves class PN-1.6, conforming to IS:14846 flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets including taking out unserviceable sluice valve and removal from site for the follwing sizes complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Old U/s material sluice valve obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Supply and Fixing in replacement of CI Foot valve rating PN 0.2 flanged ends, swing type opration with rubber sheet of size 150mm bore dia as per IS-4038 including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) :- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this items. Supply, installation and testing of flanged ends water meter ISI marked woltman type, Class 'B' of following sizes and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, including taking out unserviceable water meter complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Old unserviceable water meter shall be taken on charge and enter in demolition / salvage register in 'EACH' and attach the same page of salvage register with each RAR.)

(Note :- (i) Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Old U/s material strainer / dirt box obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

Labour for Cutting RCC/PCC/Road/Brick Wall in the Position for Insertion of new pipe of Size upto 200 mm Bore Including making good surface as Before Complete all as Specified and Directed by Engr-in-Charge.
