M&L for Servicing of Aqua Guard, RO any type/make including replacement of micron cartridge,ultra filter, pre- filter,RO membrane with cleaning of inlet outlet pipe upto water cooler including repair of raw water feed pump and repair of internal wiring refixing in same location and re-writing of MES No. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Gas Charging with R-22 /R134a/R-32 Gas of AC (Window/Spilt Type) 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity with required quantity of Refrigerant in the Unit including Checking of Leakage in the System, Brazing the Leakage Parts of Oil Gas Tubing as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/up defective AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity, Transportation to MES store yard/site to workshop and back including re-fixing /re-installing after servicing and repair including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- charging of gas shall be measured separately under relevant item here-in-after.

M&L for servicing of 1.5/2.0TR capacity window/split type AC disconnect from electric connection and open suction & dicharge pipe from outer unit , such as removing/ scrach dust with iron brush, cleaning condessor unit, compressor, cooling coil/cleaning of fan blade/cleaning of filter of inner unit etc,including (check thermostate, starting capacitior, running capacitor) with water & air blower, at the site and reinstall at the same place and connect all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:- (i) Charging of gas shall be measured separately under relevant item here-in-after as required to fill as per requirement/manufacturer instruction.

M&L for rotary type compressor sealed Unit 1.5 ton capacity from authorised dealer including re-connection of electric connections, including removing old unserviceable compressor and functioning AC complete in all respect and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 43 here-in-before but for AC (Window/Split Type) 2.0 TR Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fan Motor of AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5 TR Capacity of approved Make and required Size to suit existing AC, including taking out the unserviceable fan motor from AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace insulating material for Air Conditioner copper pipe of Suction,discharge,liquid line of various sizes. The insulating material shall have low conductivity, strength, Resistance to Fungi such as one that is based on ASTM G21 standard, excellent resistance to ozone and UV including removing the old insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from Refrigerator & replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting material, welding, leak testing by charging dry Nitrogen gas, charging of refrigerant after ensuring leak proof condition. Testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from water cooler & replacing the same with suitable factory built hermetically sealed rotary compressor unit including necessary accessories and maintaining material, welding, leak testing by dry Nitrogen gas and charging refrigerant gas after ensuring leak proof condition and testing of water cooler 40 / 80 ltrs capacity complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out damage indoor unit thermo plastic body from unit and supply and fixing of new indoor unit thermo plastic cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for front grill suitable for window type AC 1.5 TR as per existing size.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
