SCHEDULE "A" PART I (B/R WORKS) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc and all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4 above but depth exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.0 m and ditto

Fixing only mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bar shoulder and / or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, frame balusters, ways railings, framework of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers apex stone, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) with using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. (For security wall - 50Cum & High Mast - 8Cum)

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) with using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) with using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Lintels/Tie beams cantilever, bressumers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in as directed and including necessary form work complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT Bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.14 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc.

Use and waste of formwork to sides to concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with type C1 in cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sqcm as per IS-2185 (Part-I) and setting in CM (1:6) mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including necessary preparation of new plastered wall surfaces as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Concertina coil 600 mm dia in stretched position hot deep galvanised MS steel wire centre to centre barb distance 48 mm thickness of strip - 50mm, length of barb - 10.5 mm spiral, diameter of spring wire - 2.5mm, number of spiral (nos of turns) 50/51 per coil, clips per spiral 15 approx weight 8.25 kg/coil(recommended coil stretch length 6m) coated with CLR anti corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of dovetailed clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron, the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coiled touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) confirming with IS as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line of horizontal or diagonal wire to be measured separately)

Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvanisd square wire mesh of size 50mm X 50mm, dia of wire 3.4mm including line wires, to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc all as specified and as directed. (Note: Minimum weight of chain link fencing shall be 3 Kg/m2)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16 to 20 mm diameter of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, size exceeding 5cm long & not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 29 above but size exceeding 15cm and not exceeding 22.5cm long bolt and ditto

Supply and fix 110mm dia UPVC (SWR) pipe single socket in any length fixed in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble regular uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 but except stone and all as specified and as directed. (Note: stone obtained from demolition of item No 2 here-in-before shall be used)

Material and labour for providing 20 mm thick broken glass coping in cement mortar (1:3) on top of the walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, regular coursed or brought upto course in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of white wash on previously treated stone surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stop, hand-made sliding bolts, etc similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E 165, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivet and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep as in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for soling 250mm thick (spread thickness) or ( sub-base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled to required level, camber, gradient and super elevation and consolidating with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing WBM 250mm thick (compacted thickness) with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for M Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with soil complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Wall - 400 cum & External Electric supply - 170.6cum)

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 30Km including loading and unloading and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished materials etc including loading / unloading and stacking at distance of exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 30Km complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II (E/M WORKS) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 49 here in before but above 1.5 mtr depth in soft/loose soil and ditto

Supply and spread M sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations of poles/stays complete including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping of poles and platform including necessary form work fair and finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe light grade, 50 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG Cable XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay LT UG Cable XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with CI base plate, nuts, bolts and screws including preparing the steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with copper conductor FRLS multistranded 1100 volts grade 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm in and including rigid PVC conduit on walls and its accessories including one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Two runs of PVC insulated copper cable and one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit is measured as one length)

Supply and fix FRP looping box with MCB SP 10A,10KA with 4 way connecter fixed in pole for controlling street/security light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe of 40mm bore, light grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI Earth plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr filled around with layer of charcoal dust and salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolt nut and cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC (1:3:6) in chambers RCC (1:2:4) in pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15 cm center both ways all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanize steel earth plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr filled around with layer of charcoal dust and salt and connected to GI earth wire size of 4 mm by means of bolt nut and cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC (1:3:6) in chambers RCC (1:2:4) in pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15 cm center both ways all as specified and as directed.
