Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) on surface wiring on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators and sockets by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, as per existing finishes complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable with and including PVC concealed conduit heavy duty 20 mm dia having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with all fittings including anodise pressed steel sunken box having thickness not less than 2mm with 3mm thick bakelite laminated sheet ISI marked for switches and sockets , including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly, including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing/ cutting the round/ square hole of required size in wall finishing the distrubed surfaces as per existing finishes complete all as spd and supply and fixing propeller PVC type AC ventilating fans, Single phase, 230 volts 250 mm sweep complete and supply and grouting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor and writting MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 cm high complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of old unsv sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 16 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series as outgoing (Note :- (i) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(ii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iii) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (iv) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (v)MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

Make: CROMPTON CAT REF. LSTS-25-CDL or technocommercially equivalent in any of the make mentioned in the list of Brand/makes.

Attending of day to day Repair and maintenance and making the continuity of supply after rectify the defects of the eletrical items such as switches, replacement of fuse wires , distribution boards MCB (light/Power) lamp holders (bracket/Pandents/ batten) bell/ buzzer, push button, ceiling rose capacitors and other similar electrical items/ fittings etc, including providioning of small pieces of electrical wire if required of size 1.5 sqmm to 2.5 sqmm single core and length notexceding 0.50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be paid as supply only under respective items of this Sch 'A' . (ii) one job only will be considered for each bldg/Qtr per day irrespective of the No of points made serviceable. (iii) The area for attending the complaints are MD and OTM Accn under AOR of the GE (W) pathankot. (iv) Each complaints attended/ rectified shall be measured as one job. (v) The contractor shall depute necessary man power on daily basis for rectifying the jobs including Sundays & holidays. (vi) Complaint slips/job card books ( as per format given by MES) in duplicate with machine made Srt. no. and date etc for recording day to day complaints & complaint register ( as per ormat given by MES) will be provided by the contractor at his own expense during currency of the contract. All complaint slips / Job cards books etc always shall be kept with JE E/m in complaint cell. (vi) Contractor /Rep will updtae the complaint register such as pastin of duplicate job slips in books , summary of qty balance in r/o CA qty on daily basis as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore light grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt packed around the earth plate and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion complete all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I and connecting to existing earth test point complete all as specified and directed or including testing on completion.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).
