Clening and scraping of leakage portion of pipe by grinder machine and sand paper for welding and clamping of pipe.

Welding of leakage D.I. pipe at the height of 15 mt by D.I. elecrode with welding machine i/c all labour T&P transportation complete with teiol & Testing.

cutting of 600 mm dia D.I. pipe at height up to 15 mt by electric cutter.

Manufacturing & supply of m.s. 8 mm thick tail piece single flange 600 mm dia 30 cum lomg one end welding of flange 16 mm thick other end OD 630 mm complete with all welding & bending cutting painting transportation.

Providing and supply of 600 mm dia mechnical joint including rubber ring studs nut bolt waisher & transportation loading unloading complete.

Labour only for lifting of tail piece mehenical coupling at the hieght of 15 mt by rope and chain block i/c loring of damage 600 mm dia pipe piece.

Labour only for fitting of tail piece and mehenical coupling at the height of 15 mt by skilled labour. In proper alinment leakage proof with all risk i/c cost of nut bolt rubber sheet labour T&P

Providing and fixing of 500 mm dia m.s. 8 mm thick crack clamp in D.I. pipe line at bherugarh O.H.T. excavation of soil at the bottom and upper of pipeline by menually labour dewatering by honda pump with fuel & ioperater providing 500 mm dia 600 mm long crack clamp fixing with all nessasary hardware material rubber sheet nut bolt complete with all labour T&P.

Reparing of 300 mm dia sluice valve at bherugarh O.H.T. opening of top dom by cutting of old nut bolt by gas cutter new couting of gun metal nut s/s spindle rod i/c manufacturing and machining turning finishing and making squre type threads etc (as per sample) i/c cost fo material lobour and refitting of S/V upper top dom by new nut bolt rubber sheet making of gate fling by welding complete work with labour & material.
