Selection of Agency for Undertaking Bio Mining ,Bio Remediation, Material Recovery Processing, Disposal of Legacy waste and Reclamation of land at landfill site of Kundapur TMC at Kandavara Village (Survey No 178/p2, 179, 183, 151/p1) as per CPCB Guidelines and NGT Directions.

The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at least one Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste work of value not less than 159.68 lakhs (At least one work in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Bidder should have successfully completed Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste for 18551.20 MT quantity in any one year during last five years in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) (80% of the total estimated legacy waste quantity) In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Bidder In last 05 (2020-21 to 2024-25) years must have segregated and responsibly disposed in any single year of at least 2504.50 MT of Refuse Derived Fuel to Cement Industries or Waste to energy plants (25% of the total RDF quantity), Cement plants - Co-processing certificates issued by the Cement plants with unique reference number for verification. Waste to Energy (WTE) plants - Proof vide valid Consent to Operate document issued by the State Pollution Control Board for processing of RDF. In all the Cases, along with the above proofs, a letter from the Urban and Local Body signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer clearly indicating the quantity of RDF disposed from the said project has to be attached.

Availability of following vehicles (either own, rent or lease) (50:50) for all works provided, the relevant documents (Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipments along with RC issued by R.T.O. / Sale deed/ hire/lease agreements) shall be furnished. (As per estimate), 1)Screening Machine 240 MT per day capacity:1 Nos. 2) High Power Excavator :1 Nos. 3). Front End Loader with Back hoe:2 Nos. 4). Tipper Trucks-1 & Tractor Trailor or Equivalent-3 :4 Nos.

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 638.74 Lakhs in the previous five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) (Usually not less than two times the estimated Cost).

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 95.811 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc). (Usually not less than 30% of the estimated cash flow) format as enclosed.
