7 Copy of list of L&C society members inclusive of president and their identity card which is certified by the assistant registrar

8 Bidder should have EPF & ESI account in accordance with the latest policy of concerned department

9 Latest copy (Resolution of co-op L&C society) for participation in tendering process of MC Barnala.

10 Approval from assistant registrar of the co-op / head of the deptt. Issuing license for taking part in tendering process in MC Barnala if specify working area is mentioned in enlistment certificate of the co-op L&C society / contractor / agency.

11 Undertaking by the co-op L&C society that their capacity do not exceed the limit for the said period while filling tender of MC Barnala

12 Copy of GST tan No. must be uploaded for supply of item

13 License from chief electrical inspector Patiala for street light work only must be uploaded

14 Licence from labour deptt. Must be uploaded for works of labour supply

15 If any of the above document is exempted for any agency then exemption letter from the concerned deptt. Must be uploaded

16 E-mail / Address of the co-op society / contractor / agency should be uploaded

17 Intending bidders shall submit an undertaking that the sum total of works being bid does not exceed their bid capacity by deducting value of all the works in hand (in all departments) at that point of time. In the event that information provided by the bidder is found to be false or misrepresentative the tender would be liable for cancellation including for feature of the earnest money deposited by the bidder.
