Dismentaling and removing 2.5 Cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning surface lowering and removing and debries with in 50mtr leed including cost of all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing 2.5Cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard broken granite chips including cost conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, labour T&P, Cess etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2) and removing the debriswithin 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9 thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (3/4) thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finsihed smooth to receive tarfelt tratment watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to Iron/wood work over a coat of oil bound primer including cost of paint & primer sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering two coats over a coat of oil bound primer to the wall surface with any approved shade including cost of distemper and primer with conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
