Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc as required.Make; Havells or equivalent in Polycab/Finolex/RR cables /Anchor

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying of 120 W LED street light fitting Make:- C&S Cat.No. INDUS/120W/LS, LTESS120WLED/LS, 120W powder coated PDC aluminium LED street light with LENS or equivalent in Havells/Crompton Greaves/Philips/ Bajaj complete with all accessories etc as required.

Fabrication of metallic street light pole of standard length 4.5 meters but not exceeding 6.5 meters made out medium grade of 65mm dia G.I pipe, welding with a base of M.S plate 250mm x 250mm x 12.5mm, making holes on base plate, 25mm ida G.I pipe bend on top for fixing 01 No. street light, SMC sintex box of size 140mm x 140mm x 95mm ( inside dimension) with G.I flat 25mm x 6mm thick, G.I nipple 32mm dia - 3" and 01 No. 6 Amps MCB, necessary G.I bolts of size 1/2", 8mm etc. painting with anticorossive redoxide and enamel paints etc as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

a) Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fittings and LED gate fittings including connection etc as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 8 way (4 + 24), Double door

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) Single pole

Fabrication of metallic base frame to hold the existing street light pole with 250mm x 250mm x 12.5mm M.S Plate making holes on it for passing foundation bolts and power cables to hold the street light poles in upright position above the existing foundation made with 4 Nos of G.I bolts of 10 inch long and steel rod of 10mm dia 1.40 mtrs cutting the rod in 6 pieces and welding alongwith the G.I bolts etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.
