Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (Low Porosity)

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bit. Macadam: P/L Bituminous Macadam 50mm thick. with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 3.5% minimum, transported to site of work upto required lead , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 504 including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete)

20mm thick OGPC: Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.60mm size aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by the seal coat of either type-A,Type-B or Type-C as per technical specification clause 508. by Mech. means using bitumen. Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) by Manual means using bitumen (VG-10) .including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Earthen Shoulders/Khak Bajri :- Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with material got obtained from Borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with all leads,lifts and carriages from source to site of work complete etc as per technical specifications clause 303.1.

Part-B PCC Drain
