Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing rubbish from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' locally available bricks, having compressive strength 75Kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' locally available bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing of rubbish material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level including removing demolished material from work site at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate,75 mm thick , as in path / plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40 mm thick , as in path / flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 300 mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) light/dark coloured polished tiles of thickness 10mm, (1st quality) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm and , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but nexc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 60 mm thick,M-35 Grade PCC interlocking tiles rubber moulded and chemical coated of size and shape as approved set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments, laid dry on sand not less than 50 mm thick (including), interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Sand cushion shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour Machine cut Kota Stone slab 20-25 mm thick in floors and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour Machine cut Kota Stone slab 20-25 mm thick in skirting and riser and jointed in grey cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone over 10mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed/Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each and refixing the same after rescuring / easing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
