Transformer and instrument health assessment inspection after draining of complete oil from Transformer and testing

Dismantling of transformer Accessories such as Bushings, bushing turrets, Pipe lines, Inspection covers, Radiators, OLTC chamber covers, Radiator plugs for replacement of the gasket with new one and Transformer overhauling.

Erection of all Transformer Accessories as Bushings, bushing turrets, Pipe lines, Inspection covers, OLTC chamber covers, Radiator plugs after replacement of worn out gaskets with new one and dry-out cycle,Refiling of Fresh Transfomer Oil supllied above after due filteration process.

HOC and Pre-commissioning testing including DGA, BDV of oil, PPM, capacitance & tan delta of oil, Bushings and Windings, ratio test, Winding resistance test, insulation resistance of winding and core-frame-tank etc. Complete work including any miscellaneous works that may be necessary for completion of the job which includes Cabling from the Transformer CR Panel to MK Box of Transformer and ferruling etc. Further storage and Transportation of used old transformer oil from GSS Kathua to Divisional Store Gladni JKPTCL Jammu in standard barrels.
