Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Solid block masonry exc 10 cm width type C-1 mix (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete cast in situ PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1..5 mtr clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete cast in situ (using paving machine) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm in CM (1:4) and rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 mtr but not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr avove the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm of broken stone boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C- 2 mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glossy coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement pigment of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick (any pattern) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigments as in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete surfaces over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any colour) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia laid in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new masonry surfaces over 10 cm girth or width and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry or block masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Solid block masonry exc 10 cm in width type C-1 mix (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for except bricks with sub class 'B' bricks (bricks using obtained from demolition) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel surfaces 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc all complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L mild steel deformed or twisted TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing of loose soil, shrubs, vegetation and debris etc in the drains / water channels including removing the materials to a distance exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: PCC drain cover where ever required has to be taken out for the cleaning purpose and to be placed on the drain after complete cleaning of the drain.Cleaning may be carried out either manually or by Mechanical means.)

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete to flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
