Repair/Maint of UNSV CI/GI/DI pipeline of various including pumping sets, panel boards, cleaning/ Paining of O/H tanks and allied works at AF Stn Darbhanga under GE (AF) Bihta

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable/Pipe lines / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and pinning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

M & L for replacement of defective XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 2 core to be laid in existing cable trench/under road/along poles/through pipe etc including taking down complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fixing in repair of GI tubing 80mm bore light grade, on poles, under floors, road crossing etc all as reqd at site and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of over head reservoir internally from base to top including scraping the mud silt from base and walls, washing the complete internal surfaces with bleaching powder, antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution to inner surface with clean water ,removing the silt/mud water out side the tank and desilting from connecting pipes and applying internally one coat of lime wash to RCC walls ,base of tanks of 25000 gallons upto 30 mtrs staging complete & writing details of cleaning in prescribed format complete all as specified and as directed Location : Pump House No 2 Note : Cleaning of reservoirs shall be carried out in between the gap of 4-5 months or as and when required/demanded by the department.

M/L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer including preparation of old rusted surface of steel exc 10 cm width/grith at any height of tank and water supply vertical pipes of pumping and distribtion lines as per existing colour code and marking of Arrow for flowing of water with black/white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of old unsv panel inbuilt star delta starter assembly complete suitable for 25 HP sub mersible pumping set fixed in LT control panel of pump house including replacement of existing unsv panel wirings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/Schneider/ABB

S & F in replacement of water level indicator panel complete set showing stepwise indication of level of water with sensor suitable for 25000 Galon over head RCC tank and making electrical connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of damaged/unsv water level sensor with controller unit not less than 10 mtr where directed and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Water testing per month as per approval lab civil medical authority’s of test chemical and biological report and including all testing kit and other items . water collected on present of medical staff in the stn and report submitted to every month fist week all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- test certficate shall be provided from authorised laboratory

Cutting, removing and leveling surface of all unwanted green vegetation/bush/grass etc, OH reservoirs pump houses and E/M installations removing the green vegetation and depositing at a distance of 20 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of burnt submersible pumping set of capacity 25 HP capacity with the existing gauge of copper winding wire with same insulation including replacement of bearings complete all as per standard norms and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr in-charge. Note. Contractor shall give gurantee certificate for one year from the date of installation of motor.

Taking out old unserviceable DI/CI pipe with all fittings from trenches of following sizes all as directed :- Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ). (a) 100 mm dia bore

Supply only DI pipe of 100 mm bore ISI marked, spigot and socketed type, Class K-7 centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Earth work for excess width of taking down, route change of pipe & joints shall be measured and paid separately) Make: Electro Steel/Tata/NECO/Kesoram/Rashmi Metaliks

Laying only 80 mm bore CI pipe new or old position in trenches where directed and testing complete all as specified :- (Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid separately under respective item ).

M&L Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore for spigot socketed pipes.

M &L Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged upto 150mm bore for flanged pipes.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing with all fittings from trenches, walls, floors etc of following sizes all as directed :- (Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ). a) 80 mm dia bore

S & F in replacement of unsv/damaged gun metal globe or gate valve of following sizes with cast iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as diected :- (a) 15mm dia bore

S & F in replacement of unsv/damaged 15mm bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterflyhandle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for disconnecting of unsv/defective electric connections and lifting the unserviceable pumping sets 5/7/7.5 HP from the bore well and lowering of submersible pump sets after repairing including M&L for replacement of gaskets , suitable size of steel nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge including transportation to workshop and back to site complete

M&L for strip opening of unsv pumping sets, copper winding wires of any gauge, rewinding of motor by using new PVC insulated copper wire of same gauge of submersible electric motor 3 phase 415 volts 5/7/7.5 HP capacity including refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall give one year guarangee for winding of motor in writing to department. In case winding shall damage/burnt/ defective in any reason, contractor shall repair the same with free of cost.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 80 mm dia complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket,nuts, washer etc including taking down old/ unservicable Sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge Make BVI/ Kirloskar/ Kishor/Kartar

Supply of chemical (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment more sutable that chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder abd sodium hypochloride) Packing in 45 kg plastic droam as E-IN-C Br approval.Make-Aquafit equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI chain link fencing 100 mm on angale /piller fanshing post of mesh size 100x100mm and dia of mesh not less than 2.5 , mesh fixingon old piller angle paintng of mesh as per requird site cloure and all connecting work including ( unserviceble piller maintanans, not bolt and fixing accseeries ect . ) complete all as specified and directed
