Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at site. Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Providing wood work in frames / Shutters of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Sal Wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35mm thick including applying a priming coat of approved wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm/ 400 x 400 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make Kajaria, Somany, Orient and of any colour/shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outisde the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and applying white cement based putty 1.0mm thick (avg.) of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paints of approved brand & manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) of required colour to give an even shade (one or more coats)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for frames,doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt ,Tower bolts hinges, handles,stays etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required. Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powdercoated 50 microns)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Providing and fixing Anodized aluminum grill (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of Grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing windows frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved Anodized aluminum standard section around the opening, all complete as epr requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (only weight of grill to be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing Aluminum fittings ISI marked (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts & bolts/screws etc. complete. Tower bolts 250x10mm
