Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,concrete surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 1.40 Sqm/Kg of mix per coat. Second coat should be applied after 4-6 hrs of first coat, 5 days curing is to be carried out to the surface before providing plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alklai resitant primer over and including a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint dark shade over a coat of primer (100% Acrylic) using spray machine, spray hard to receive area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, padding in sunken slab mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

M&L for cement concrete type F2 1:7:12 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as filling in sunken floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the edges/corner of Chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width/girth not exceeding 150 mm and making good with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying one coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Serial No 20.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/tiles of any description or thickness in floors/apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
