Servicing of DG Sets of capacity 250 KVA (make Kirloskar/ Cummins/CG/Ashok Leyland) by the authorised Engineer of respective manufacturer on half yearly basis to make the DG Set continous operational condition including the following checkings all as specified and directed. (i) Removing the existing engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new engine oil 20W40 & coolant to top up . (Note :- New oil, coolant will be measured and paid separately) (ii) Checking of fan motor hub (iii) Checking exhaust and inlet manifold belt and cap screw (iv)Cleaning of radiator inside and out side thoroughly with solution (caustic soda) to the entire satisfaction of Eng-in-charge by removing and re-fixing in original position after cleaning. (v) Checking and adjusting injector and valves, tappet and replace the gasket including cost of gasket. (vi) Cleaning fuel inlet connections and screw, (vii) Checking of vibration damper and rectified. (viii) Servicing of turbocharger by checking, leakage tightening of mounting screws & nuts and replace oil. (ix) Checking water temperature safety control (xi) Servicing of governer and Changing of governor oil. (xii) Checking and adjusting all fan belt. M & L for replacement of totally damaged self starter complete assembly suitable for any capacity of DG Set

Repair/ overhauling of dynamo including replacement carbon, brushes holder, spring, commutator /slipring assembly bearing, regulator etc. of any make, type and capacity.

Supply in replacement of electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly complete testing and commissioning as specified and directed including dismantling and removal of old U/S valves of any capacity DG set.

M&L for pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe dia 80 mm & inner pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 2.0 ohm complete.
