Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, sag rod, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying painting as described below of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Painting two coats of polyurethane paint with one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer of approved make and colour as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing GI supporting Arm to fix SS Concertina barbed tape of diameter 600mm, necessary supporting structure to fix the Concertina over the existing RCC posts and parapet walls made up of hot dip galvanized steel angle of size 50x50x6mm (GI coating 350 gm/sq.m. as per IS 277) or any other suitable section with a provision for fixing/embedding the angle to the RCC posts and parapet wall with necessary GI clamps & GI bolts including all scaffolding charges, erection, fittings and fixtures complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Concrete quantity used for anchorage will be paid separately under relevant item.)
Providing and fixing GI steel barbed wire for fencing conforming to IS:278 type A1 and having 2.5mm dia, 2mm 3ply 4pointed barbed at 75mm apart including cost of GI bolts, wire, GI washers, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paints over a coat of approved primer etc. complete all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Approval of department has to be obtained before fixing of barbed wire.
Providing and fixing SS 304 GRADE concertina coil fencing of diameter 610mm using SRPBT Helix coil along with five nos. of SS-304 Harpoon Ripper wire, SS barbed wire, the barb type, pitch detail etc., as per IS 278 wire as per Material specifications as mentioned below including all erection fittings and fixtures on chainlink fencing top or RR wall with a height of 3m to 5m from road level with necessary ‘J’ & ‘C’ Clipping at alternate intersection points between two wires, including suitable Hessian packing to prevent injury during transportation and handling, necessary scaffolding for working up to 5m height on both sides of RR wall and excluding MS GI angles complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Payment will be made based on the weight of the material actually erected in position and wastage will not be considered. 2. Manufacturer test certificate for SS material to be supplied for each lot brought to site to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .
