Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for laying of pipe and getting out and surface dressing if required complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials/excavated material exc 5.00 km but n exc 15Km out of defence land and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm in broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent in fosroc/pidilite/krishna cem to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivalent solvent-free in fosroc/pidilite/krishna cem, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L for injection grouting of construction joints with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grouting Cebex 100 of M/S Fosroc Chemical /SikaGrout -214 or equivalent in pidilite/krishna cem @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to a groove of size 12mm X 12 mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mm X 10mm fixing of nozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineers in charge and Sealing the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F(l) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle complete all as specified and directed. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

M&L for Providing & applying Two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard or equivalent in fosroc/pidilite/krishna cem inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating. First Coat should be applied horizontally and use Glass fibre net over the cracked surface and apply 2nd and 3rd coat of same acrylic coat over the glass fibre net, second coat should be applied vertically and 3rd coat will be horizontal. Thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats Sikagard 67 or AquArm Tank Coat or equivalent in fosroc/pidilite/krishna cem, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Applying the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs. The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 7 to 12 : - (i) The Rates are inclusive of scaffolding, ladders, plant and templets whatever required for execution of the work and water testing to be done as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Contractor shall submit 10 years of leakage proof guarantee as PS. (iii) Work will be executed as per the authorised applicator.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed.

MS Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub-floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing smooth & even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness , M 50 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping including earthing, rounded /chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work and finishing all exposed surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. walls of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be even & smooth without using extra cement on external wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of the old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel Paint over one coat of primer to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic meter thickness of concrete 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of DI specials with ISI Mark Confirming to IS 9523/2000 suitable for jointing pipes upto 200mm dia for bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cast Iron sluice valve of sizes 100mm class PN-1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, both ends flanged with holes, provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc. with CI wheel, fixed to DI water mains complete all as specified and directed.
