1) Providing Cremation Shed, Waiting Shed in Mayanam at Periyakrishnapuram H/O Periyakrishnapuram.

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement etc.,

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick

Collection and supply of Well gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 8 3/4" x4 1/4" x2 1/4"cm. For the following including curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for planesurface including all cost etc

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for planesurface including all cost etc Roof slab bottom

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or nibbled for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the desing given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied department sally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23 x23 x2 cm with cement morter 1:3 mix and poited with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing scaffolding charges etc.
