Rejuvenation of Storage Tank at RWSS 3 MSR

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 12 mm thick.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by hydrulic pressed, laid in required Grey/Yellow/Red or any other colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer -in-Charge: 80 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. (Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc.)

Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size..75mm x 75mm x 3.15mm.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 meters (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): From brick work in cement mortar.

Recovery of Old useable Bricks

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1: 5: 10 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). (without vibrator)
