b) Supply & execution of flooring, roofing, partitions, steel work, wood work and pvc work, aluminum work, water proofing, structural glazing, finishing, doors & special fittings all complete as per the technical specifications, Brief specification for lumpsum price, relevant CPWD specifications, IS Codes, as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete and as per drawings furnished in Volume-V.

c) Supply, installation, integration, testing & commissioning of Air conditioning system all complete as per the technical specifications, Brief specification for lumpsum price, relevant CPWD specifications, IS Codes, as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete and as per drawings furnished in Volume-V.

d) Supply, installation, integration, testing & commissioning of internal electrification, UPS Wiring, Telephone and LAN, Public Address system, Special Earthing, Lighting Protection, shop electricals, Power Wiring all complete as per the drawings and technical specifications.

e) Supply, installation, integration, testing & commissioning of Fire alarm and Fire fighting system all complete as per the technical specifications, Brief specification for lumpsum price, relevant CPWD specifications, IS Codes, as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete and as per drawings furnished in Volume-V.

f) Supply & installation of toilet pods, internal water supply, sanitary installation including fitting all service connections all complete as per the technical specifications, Brief specification for lumpsum price, relevant CPWD specifications, IS Codes, as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete and as per drawings furnished in Volume-V.
