Dismantling of defective 4.5 to 11.6 TR mega split and ductable spilt unit of any make of following capacity for rough checking/repair of all accessories and components and reassembling the same after repair/ replacement of defective accessories/ components and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including transportation to workshop and back. Note:- (i) Supplying of new accessories/ components required for the system shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after. (ii) Supply of sealed compressor unit, painting etc shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Old serviceable accessories/components obtained from dismantling shall be refixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and labour charges for refixing shall be deemed to be included in the unit item rate.

Disconnecting the electric connection and tasking out AC of any capacity, conditioner any capacity from wall overhauling and servicing the window type AC by help of Blower gun, Soap water etc, oiling greasing as required and painting the AC including outer cover after work the machine refixing in original position and reconnecting the electric connection and making serviceable and recharging the refrigerant gas, if required. Note:- if required extra refrigerant gas will be measured & paid separately

Split type AC 1.5 TR/2TR

Attending the complaints as directed by the Engineer in Charge for carrying any nature defects complete of Window type AC. Split, Mega spilt Ductable Split AC, Water cooler, Refrigerator and Deep freezer, specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Supplying of new accessories/components required for the system shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Old serviceable accessories/components obtained from dismasting shall be refixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Completion of Job will be considered only after complete rectification of detect upto satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Complaint shall be attended on the same day of obtaining complaints & intimate to JE in charge by evening. (v) Rate for necessary stationary for complaint register & complaint slips shall be deemed or including in quoted rate.

Dismantling of defective Window type AC/Split type Air condition indoor/outdoor unit of any make of following capacity for through checking/repair of all accessories and components and reassembling the same after repair/replacement of defective accessories/components and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including transportation to workshop and back. Note:- (i) Supplying of new accessories/components required for the system shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after. (ii) Replacement of sealed compressor unit painting etc shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Old serviceable accessories/components obtained from dismantling shall be refixed as directed by Engineer– in-charge and labour charges for re-fixing shall be deemed to be included in the unit of tem rate.

S&F compressor rotary energy efficient/reciprocal in replacement of old compressor having any No of cuts of same size, capacity and connecting with existing system testing to leakage including recharging of refrigerant gas after installation sealed unit with the split type AC of following capacity commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Hitachi/Bluestar/carries/LG). Note:- Unserviceable compressor shall be the property of contractor

Supply & filling refrigerant gas R-22 for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity split mega split and ductable split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only suitable refrigerant gas R-410 for charging of 1.5 TR to 11.6 TR capacity mega and ductable split type and VRF type Air Conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 4.5 TR (lndoor unit 01 Nos and unit 01 Nos) (46 WEU))Vertical/Mega split type Air conditioner of following capacity of any make. The job including as under:- (i) Inspection, checking, cleaning with soap water and carbon tetra chlorite to the cooling coil and condenser unit. (ii) Inspection, checking and repair of all electrical components. (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter. (iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refrigerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re-use. Note (a) Above job shall be carried out once in a every Quarter. (b) Unserviceable item involving the above job shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down cable jointing Kit, outdoor termination kit and indoor termination kit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down danger notice plate of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws, nut bolts with adequate size clamps on HT pole of 25X20 cm size.

Taking out VCB of any type make after disconnecting all electrical connection from common bus bar and removing nuts and bolts etc and dismantling the same for inspection, finding out minor defects and rectify the same complete with cleaning, servicing, over hauling, calibration etc and setting or relays for tripping accuracy specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make:- Crompton/Areva/Alstom/Schinder/ABB) Note:- Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item including labour charges.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor fixed to walls, buried in ground or drawing through pipe GI strip of size 32x6 mm complete including taking down existing strip complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning /clearing of vegetation around the installations and disposing off complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dehydration, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, both indoor/outdoor/ pole mounted/plinth mounted HT switch gear etc. at different location by suitable dehydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5 mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and complete including all necessary tools, transportation etc all as specified/directed by Engineer – in-Charge. Note:- Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down old drain valve any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for gun drain valve screwed both ends with iron wheel head. 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
