Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 Cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and breaking up 110/150/200/250 mm bore drain pipes, soil , waste and pipes etc (RCC/ SWG/CI etc) of any description in trenches or floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of 75/110mm bore PVC/CI pipes & fitted on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster inculding wall finishes in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n exc 1.5 M deep and getting out in hard dense soil (including cutting of roads) for shafts, wells, man holes and for sewage lines and foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc .1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc .1.5 m and n.exc 3.00 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in of excavated any type soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil/excavated material to a distance upto 250M and deposited, spread and leveled where directed by Engineer-in-Charge not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching ,kersbs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls any thickness, size or shape including pilasters,buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 15.00 here-in-above but except brick (NOTE: Seviceable brick obtained from demolition under Sl item No 3.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for manhole including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work finishing exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains and surface channels and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar(1:4) using water proofing compound @2% by weight or cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. (Note: Plastering shall be carried out using Dimapur Sand. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S& F reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars as directed by engineer in charge for the following dia (a) 150 mm

M&L for concrete bed of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for drain pipes bedding & hunching against the sides complete after pipes are laid, jointed and testedcomplete all as specified and directed. (a) 150 mm

Cutting/filling into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line 225mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed for internal dia for the following pipe. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )

M&L for TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC ( nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm stone aggregate ) as in cover slab for manhole etc with plane faces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Sand :- Dimapur) Note :- Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified.(Sand :- Dimapur) Note :- Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete ( nominal mix) type B0 (1 :2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg.) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs/chajja, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like roof complete all as specified and directed. (Sand :- Dimapur) Note :- Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam etc For finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs as roof slabs, floor slabs, landinqs, lintel / chajja and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick for finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand stone slab in as in manholes cover stone etc size not less than 0.60x 1.20 m ,set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand stone slab in as in GT cover stone etc size not less than 0.45x 0.45 m ,set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning existing sewage (SWG,SWR,RCC Pipe line) from manholes to manhole by rodding with required equipments so as to completely removal the accumulated/deposited sludge and sediments and finally washing with clean water all as specified for size of pipe line:- (a) 100 mm dia

(b) 150 mm dia

(c) 200 mm dia

Cleaning of manholes of any depth by opening including de-sludging, de- watering either by mechanical pump or manually, taking out soilids / semi solid sludge, flushing with water, removing and disposal of the sludge etc to a distance not exc 50m & buried in shallow pits with a covering of soft/loose soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earth work. (ii) 02 Nos of labourers for cleaning of manholes/nahani trap/gully trap manually will report to AGE B/R -II complaint cell at 0845hrs daily except on holiday, failing which the recovery @ Rs. 500/- day per person will impose to the contractor as the clearing of sewage blockage is an essential work.

Cleaning of accumulated soild/semi soild or liquid sludge from septic tanks or any size either by mechanical pump or manually and collecting the sludge so removed in a container and disposal of the same to a distance not exceeding 50m in shallow pits with a covering of loose /soft soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the Cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earthwork.

De-sludging the solid sludge from soak well, cleaning aggregates obtained from soak well for reuse ( minimum 50% for the purpose) placing the same with new brick bats, depositing the sludge / silt in trenches with a coverage of soft/loose soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the Cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 Kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earthwork.
