Excavatioin in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and taking out soft/loose soil for laying of cable /erection of pole/stay pit excavation

All as per Sl item No 1 herein before but in hard/dence soil

M&L for crushed stone sand for cable cushoining laid in trenches for protection of cable

M&L for Returning and filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm

M&L for Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “HT CABLE” class HV type1 flat size 300x180x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Taking out under ground 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 to 240 Sqmm from two or four pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue unde schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable heave duty with aluminum conductor 22000 volts earthed grade 3 core cable cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix out door type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 Core to 240 Sqmm x 3 Core and connecting the cable with the load and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Supply and fix indoor type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 Core to 240 Sqmm x 3 Core and connecting the cable with the load and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Make- Denson, Raychem, M-Seal

M&L for removing / dismantling existing burnt / defective 22 KV (E) Grade HT straight through joint and providing new straight through joint heat shrinkable type for 22 KV (E) Grade HT XLPE cables of size120 sqmm x 3 Core to 240 Sqmm x 3 Core Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M & L for GI pipe/ tubes light grade of size 100 mm dia for UG cable protection with all fittings laid in trenches, on poles to crossing the roads/Nalah etc .

Cutting and filling bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of HT UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

Taking down existing air break switch assembly complete including MS clamps, nuts and bolts as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with 9 insulators of 22 KV rating upto 400 amps with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 amps 22 KV working pressure complete including taking down the old all as directed

S&F lightning arrestor for outdoor use expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 10 KA peak amps for 22 KV working pressure including taking down the old existing unserviceable lightning arrestor all as directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracing support, clamps back plates fabricated from structure streel section including nuts, bolts washers, welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and including one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip using 32x6mm galvanised iron strip, means of volts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including testing on completion (test certificate will provided by the contractor), necessary pit with CI cover.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in substation premises including cleaning of substation complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for Earth Pit Indication Plate of MS 450 X 300 x 5 mm Thick welded to AI 50 x 50 x 5 mm x 1.0 Mtr long, painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black Colour) duly mentioning the undermentioned details

Supply and fix Voltage transformer of Ratio 22000/RT3/110/RT3V ,IS 3156-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Supply and fix voltage transformer of Ratio 22000/RT3/110/RT3V ,IS 3156-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type BIL 24/50/125 KV,Phase to earth 25KA/1 secondry complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-RCT11B05. Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Supply and fix Current transformer of Ratio 50-100-200/5-5A,IS 2705-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth secondry-1 winding 110/3V, 50VA complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

M & L for dismantling 22 KV VCB Panel (05 nos) (01 I/C +04 OG) to carry out repairs and replacement of worn out spare parts including servicing/ testing/calibration of relays and digital meters and reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All spare parts reqd will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine by means of continuous circulation of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine till dielectric strength of the oil is achieved up to 50 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap and oil is completely filtered. Note: 1.Oil samples are to collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up /replacement of new transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4mm gap in transformers conforming to IS - 335 / 1983 of various cap installed in various locations . Make of Transformer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Apar Note : New Transformer oil in the transformer will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test cert.

M&L for disconnection of electric supply, dismantling the top cover, carefully, taking out old gasket and replacement of the same with and including new cork sheet, cleaning of the conservator tank, breather assembly, replacement of silica gel, oil level looking glass, bushings, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including connecting up complete for Tranformers 22 / 0.433 kV of different capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective item except 6 mm thick tope cover cork sheet gasket.

M&L for Scrubing of old rusted paint from transformer and preparation of surfaces for fresh painting. Painting of transformer by means of spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of transformer up cap 25 KVA to 315 KVA and writing SM NO/MES NO of the transformer.

All as per item No 58 above but of cap 350 KVA to 1MVA

M&L testing of transformer at site, checking for oil leakages, sealing of the leakages in the main tank / conservator / radiator fins by means of application of sealent or welding / brazing as applicable and directed by engineer-in-Charge at site Note: Spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white brown or green, single disc assembly suitable for 22000 volts grade including taking out existing unserviceable insulator from HT pole all as specified and as directed.

M& L for disconnection of electric supply and earthing connections, sealing the ends, transporting the transformer to civil workshop, dis-assembling into various components, lifting the core and winding, dismantling the core, removing burnt winding, reassembling / laminating the core, rewinding of the burnt out / unserviceable winding on secondary HT side only for all the three phases, varnishing with insulating varnish of approved / specified thickness, baking / drying out in oven for apropriate time, reassembling the transformer complete with and including replacement of HT/LT Bushings, 6 mm thick cork sheet for bushings, top cover gasket, carrying out HV/LV/ Insulation/ Impedance/Loss test ex-factory as per latest IS, transporting back to MES installation, carrying out precommissioning test, and connecting up complete all for satisfactory functioning of the transformer all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge at site for 22/0.433 KV transformers of capacity upto 315 KVA

All as per Sl Item No 83 herein before but of capacity 400KVA-1000 KVA.

S&F HT 22 KV Barrel fuses of capacity 60 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for defect rectification HT/LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 240 Sq mm 3 core & LT cable of size upto 240 Sqmm. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified
