SCHEDULE "A" PART - VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS M & L for concealed point wiring using 1.1 kV grade single core FR-LSH flexible cable, conforming to IS 694: 2010, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and insulation for phase, neutral, and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, colour-coded as per IS 11353: 1985, drawn in medium grade UPVC surface / recessed conduits, conforming to IS 9537 (Part- 3): 1983, of size not less than 20 mm NB, including cutting chases, factory made not less than 1.2 mm thick sunken, modular flush sheet galvanized metal enclosure having zinc coating not less than 120 GSM, , conforming to IS 14772: 2000, having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockouts for conduit entry from any direction, suitable modular cover-plates and making good of disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling / floor, etc. complete all as specified in IS 732: 2019 and directed by the engineer-in-charge for the following items:-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch, with cables 1.5 sqmm size

(C) One 6A socket outlet, independent, with cables 1.5 sqmm size

(d) One 6 A socket outlet, on the same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sqmm size

S & F wall security light LED type complete with GI bend 1.2 mtr and fixing on wall/pole with clamp, nut & bolt complete all as directed and specified by Engr-In-Charge. CAT Part No.LSTO-25-CDL 25watt of Make CG or its equivalent in Phillips/Wipro/Havells.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mmX6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I, and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC(1:3:6) type C1 chamber, CI Cover with cast iron frame, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe15mm dia, light grade 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete as specified and as directed.
