Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in foundation trenches complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for PCC Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg/ Sqcm and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/ stopped ends etc.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1;2:4 type B1 (using 20m graded stone aggregate) in coping kneelers, apex stones bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors window cell, floor and roofs n exe 20cm wide and side of RCC/PCC band in wall, horizontal or sloping and similar work n exe 0.5cm.
