Outsourcing of services for operation and periodical maintenance of the central type air conditioning plant at 26 Amn Coy lower site 25 TR capacity in one shift and operating DG Set of 200 KVA capacity and mono block pump set 15 HP - 02 Nos as and when required in one shift, keeping, the installation fully operational and in healthy condition by employing of 1 x Refgn Mech and 1 x Helper fully Skilled operator of 8 hours daily including carrying out daily maintenance for smooth functioning of AC plant & DG Set are comprising of the foliowings machineries & equipments :-

(a) Water cooled chilling unit comprising reciprocating compressor 06 Nos (Make - Blue Star) (b) Condensing water circulating mono block Pump Sets 5 HP with DOL starter (Make:- Kirloskar Brother Ltd)- 04 Nos (c) Air handling unit horizontal type of sectional construction (air curtain - 08 Nos) factory made casing double skith type complete - 01 No. (d) Electrical control panel in plant room. (e) Star delta starter for compressor motor, cooling tower controling devices, switches, expension valve LP/HP cutout switch, thermostat control valves, thermostat humidistate solinoid valve as installed. (f) GI ducting for supply of air with grills, diffusers, dampers, reheaters and preheaters. (g) Condensor water pipe line with valves and fittings. (h) Cooling towers induced draught type. (j) Diesel Engine generating set of capacity 200 KVA (Make : Sudhir). (k) Monoblock pump set 15 HP - 02 Nos.

Note for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 :- (i) Contractor shall visit the plant to ascertain the soundness before quoting the tender, contractor is solely responsible for the smooth functioning of the plant and to achieve desired / required temprature, Minor, Material/ spares like 'O' rings, oil seal, gasket, repairs to leakage of gas/ compressor oil etc required for efficient functioning of AC plant shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted, the decision of Engineer-in-charge regarding minor repair/ parts shall be final and binding. (ii) Contractor will keep all plant & machinery, plant room, windows and area upto 6m all round of plant room neat and clean. (iii) Checking of leakage of gas and repairing the same as and when leakage is noticed. (iv) Checking and repairing loose electric connection in starter, panel, motor and control relay.

(v) Contractor will keep neat and clean air filters of AHU's for proper functioning of plant. Note for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 Contd.... (vi) Contractor will keep cooling tower neat and clean. (vii) DHPP & OMD (Engine oil) shall be provided by the department for maintenance and operation as and when required basis. Log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor and shall be produced alongwith the demand. (viii) Contractor should organise his staff strength in such a manner that each staff gets deployed for one shift in a day and each staff be given weekly one day off, for weekly off suitable reliever should be arranged by contractor. (ix) The shift will be mentained as under :- (a) First shift - 0800hrs to 1600hrs. (b) Second shift - 1600hrs to 2400hrs. (c) Third shift - 2400hrs to 0800hrs.
