Safe carriage of the following material from Store Centre Majhola/JE's store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :-

13 Mtr ST Poles.

ACSR Dog Conductor.

33 KV XLPE cable of size 3x300 sq.mm. etc.

Line material such as Cross-Arms, Pin Insulators, Guarding Angles, Guarding Wire, Disc Insulators and Cable Jointing Kits etc.

Dismantling of the line by :-

Removing of ACSR Dog conductor from all phases on line, making bundle and stacking at a safe place.

Dismentalling of X arm from pole and cutting of STP 13 meter from bottom by providing all type of material, labour and T&P, complete work as per norms.

Uprooting of 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Poles by dismentaling all accessories, complete work as per norms.

For 33 KV Line, Single support 13 ST Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 33 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of 33 KV Double Pole Structure on ST Poles 13 mtere including fabrication of MS Angle Channel, Cross Bracing etc. with proving and fitting of all type of clamps made of MS Flat of size 65x8mm. with Nuts, Bolts & washer, grouting of pole in size of 220x45x45 cm. with Cement, Sand and Brick Ballast in the ratio of 1:4:8, as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of 33 KV Four Pole Structure on ST 13 meter Poles including fabrication of MS Angle Channel, Cross Bracing etc. with proving and fitting of all type of clamps made of MS Flat of size 65x8mm. with Nuts, Bolts & washer, grouting of pole in size of 220x45x45 cm. with Cement, Sand and Brick Ballast in the ratio of 1:4:8, as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of Poles:- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts.

Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Dog Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x300 sq.mm in double circuit(230x2+10% for sag) and making connections as per RESPO Norms.

Filling and fixing of 33 KV cable jointing kits as per RESPO Norms.

Providing and fixing of number plate on four pole structure and tri pole structure and single line support as per norms.

Guarding of 33 KV Line with G.I. wire as per RESPO Norms.

Providing and fixing of barbed wire on four pole structure and tri pole structure and single line support as per norms.

Painting of four pole, Double pole structure and single line support by providing red oxide paint complete work as per norm.

Painting of four pole, Double pole structure and single line support by providing alluminium paint complete work as per norm.

Providing and fixing of danger board on four pole structure and Double pole structure and single line support as per norms.

Carriage of following from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends :-
