Complete Repairing and Overhauling of 20MVA 132/33kV transformer, Make: TARAPUR Transformer Ltd with necessary HV/LV/Tapping Coil Repairing Work at Site
A. Pre commissioning Testing of Transformer: 1. Insulation Resistance Test Polarization Index, 2.Winding Resistance Test, 3.Magnetic Balance Test, 4.Magnetising Current Test, 5. Open circuit test and short circuit test. 5. Tandelta test of bushing and winding SFRA Test, 6. Transformer Turns Ratio, 7. DGA of Transformer, 8. Voltage Ratio Test, 9. Vector Group Test. ( BEFORE & AFTER THE WORK)
C. Machines Required to be arrange at Site by Party: 1. Oil filtration plant (Capacity 12000 lph), 2. Dry air plant (Capacity 90 m3/hr), 3. Heating arrangement, 4. Impact wrench, 5. Empty oil tanker, 6. Vaccum Machine.
D. Dry out of core coil assembly with dry nitrogen/dry air and heaters and checking dew point, vacuum and hot oil circulation with double stage/high vacuum 6KLPH Filter Machine & Filtartion of trf oil upto 10000 ltr in separate storage tank till acheiving the desired BDV and PPM value of OIL. Topup of trf OIL (If required OIL shall supplied by MCL)
E. Final Testing and Succesfully Charging of Transformer with providing desired auxilary Protection System and acessories as per site requirement shall by complied as per INSTRUCTION OF Engineer I/C.
Supply and Erection of LV Coil Replacement/Repair (1 No.) after dismantling of Core and Windings from the Transformer. (SCRAPE COPPER HANDOVER TO PARTY)
Supplying and Erection of HV Bushing 145KV, 800A with all Precommissioning Tests.
Arrangement of Crane for Dismantling and Re-assembly of Core & Coil assembly, Transformer OIL, Arrangement of 03 Phase power Supply & Proper Illumination at Site Shall be Arranged by Department (MCL)
