Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post hole, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised 2strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

Dismantling of chain link fencing with mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS chain link fencing 10 guage thick galvanised steel wire and 50mm x 50mm size mesh fixed to steel fencing post by nut & bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub floors, sub base; concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of neck exc 12mm but not exc 20mm and 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concertina coil on vertical double horn fencing complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each in not exc. 0.50 cum getting out returning,filling in an ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil out of defence land and making good surface all as specified & directed.

Dismentling of Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sides of rounded, coping/benching/bed plates/plinth band lintles etc. and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered edges and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but including ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

(Old bricks dismantled under respective item shall be reused with cleaning of old bricks.)

Material and labour for providing 35mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings set in cement mortar (1:4), fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonary, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of walls applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in landings, drains cover slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar articles including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete floos/ tiles in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing out of defence land and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub floors, sub base, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick chequered cement concrete coloured tiles with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) laid in alternative bays with forming of appropriate joints as in top layer of hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint (Dummy joints) 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved by GE, laid over and including 40 to 50mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed.
