Material and labour for fabrication of movable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 315 KVA transformer, LT feeder pillar box along with HT/LT cable complete with 'I' - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appended below :- (a) Fabrication of chasis of movable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base of size 3.66 x 2.5m (LHW) welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No alongwith 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner including rubber flap of size 7.50, 16 ply with steel rim of load capacity 5.0Tonne and heavy duty excel of suitable size of length 2.5 mtr - 02 Nos. (b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS plate of size 6mm thick duly welded all around the base platform of trolley of channel of size 100 x 50x 6mm of length 3.66 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.5 mtr 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner and 1 middle supports in each direction and to be provided all around including wire mesh size of 10SWG fixed with MS flat iron of size 25mmx4mm with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers including provn of door opening rear of trolley of size 2.5m x 1.8m using angle iron size of 40x40x6mm including locking arrangements, hinges, welding etc complete with back open-able shutter duty hinged (heavy duty). (c) suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - (04 Nos) made out of E-N 180 Steel flat of size 100mm x 100mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (total flights 06 Nos/Per Sheet) including cutting, weldiing, grinding at the time of fabrications of jobs complete (d) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/ channel/base plat/ tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paints (olivegreen) over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preperation of steel surface complete all as specified add directed. Note : (i) Transformer and LT panel shall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangement for mounting tranformer and LT panel shall be made as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Design of trolley must be as per technical specifications attached complete all as specified and directed (iii) Contractor must submit drawing and technical details of trolley and get GE's approval before placing the order complete all as specified and directed. (iv) The technical specifications of trolley not specified above but required can be referred from specificationsor as directed by GE in writing without any extra cost. In case ofany dispute decision of Accepting Officer shall be final and binding

Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 (with latest amendments) of capactiy 315 kVA.core type copper wound,oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature(ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180 marked energy efficient level 2 and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing,copper rods, nut and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consisting of 04 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (silca gel) (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsious wth metal guard having max perimeter reading tempreture indicator with resisting device for transformer (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (i) Oil level gauge (j) Oil drain filter valve (k) Lifting legs (l) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (m) Air release plug (n) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers (o) Extra bushing for neutral, outside LT cable box for proving independent earthing for neutral (p) First filling new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93(forth version) marked filtered and tested dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode as per IS 335. Note: Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the cotractor after filling the oil.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, to be connected to transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 63 A TP MCB, 10 kA 'C' series, 240 V AC, 50 Hz complete switch gear/ components in various APFC panels all as specified and directed Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/ replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.
