Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position in sunken floor and roof slab padding & like etc including removal of debris outside MD land and dumping ground will be sorted out by contractor at their own arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Provide padding of PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 of uniform thickness of 50mm in two layers of 25mm thickness with chicken wire mess 0.91 mm dia, laid between two layers and of 12x12mm aperture.Top surfaces of PCC padding shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with false groove at 300x330 mm centre to centre, laid in slope.(Using water proofing compound of 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturere instruction) including cleaning of surfaces by brushing and washing with water of any description (Note : Wpc shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as per specified below including Removing of existing bituminous tarfelt including cement screed bed, PCC and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab before carrying out the PCC on Roof slab & Chajja all as spd and as directed. (a) M&L for applying One Coat of URP (Dr Fixit) liquid with cement solvent (mixer) on RCC Roof/Chajja before carry out the 10mm thick Cement plaster (1:4) on roof surface of slab and preparing the plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc by brooming and free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of Shali Tex primer or its equivalent make as approved by GE, (solvent based bituminous primer) conforms to IS: 3384-1986, @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on the prepared and clean roof surface and parapet. Ensure not to apply when temperature is less than 5* C or during foggy period. Primer shall be allowed to dry for overnight. (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) 3mm thick Super Thermolay Spun bonded non woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm. The laying of membrane with a 75 mm longitudinal and 100mm transverse direction overlap shall be provided and laid using LPG torch and sealing all joints etc

(c) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge. Note : i) Work should be done by OEM or its authorisd applicator who work should be able to furnish stagewise on site technical reports from concerned company technologist during currency of work and entire completion of work. ii) Contractor shall submitt 10 year OEM guaranttee for water proof treatment.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound only (Make:- Pidilite CF 21 by Pidilite, DR.FIXIT, ShaliPlast LW+ by STP Ltd.) [Note : Contractor shall bring complete material incorporated in work with concern executive.]

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry in ratio 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing building materials etc. to a distance of exc. 1000m and n.exc. 5000m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination ® (1 Load =2.5 Cum)

Removing of existing water tank of capacity 500,1000 or 2000 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and reconnecting & refixing in same position after carrying out necessary roof treatment including necessary accesories required for fittings and GI Pipes if required complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Necessary by pass arrangements for water supply is to be done by the contractor till completion of roof work.)

Supply and fixing of GI water tubing, medium grade with fittings, fixed to wall and ceiling (conceled) or laid in floor of size including taking up or down GI water tubing with fittings
