S&F in replacement of Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick plain glass of size 200mm X 100mm and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet duly painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of 63 mm dia instantaneous pattern SS (Stainless Steel) Short branch pipe, 20 mm dia nozzle conforming to IS 903, suitable for inter connection to hose pipe coupling complete all as specified & directed

S&F in replacement of Non-percolating rubber reinforced lined fire hose pipe (as per IS : 636) Type-A of 63 mm dia and length 15 meter. The hose shall be rated for burst pressure of 35.7 Kg/Sqcm. Hose shall be complete with ISI marked SS male & female coupling (IS:903) bound & riveted to hose pipe with aluminum rivets & 1.5 mm GI wire. (For Internal Hydrant & External Hydrant) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS - 14845 of size 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of cast iron Non Return Valve of dia 100 mm with GM sheet PN 1.6, ISI mark as per IS-5312 PART-2, including flange joints such as packing , nut & bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L of Pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of air cushioning tank 250mm dia x 1000 mm high with dished top, made of minimum 6mm thick MS pipe/plate complete with 20mm dia. Brass air valve (ball type), 20 mm dia stop valve, pressure gauge with brass stop cock, nipple tees elbows and all accesories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Sprinkler concealed type (Standard response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating pendent type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical earthing complete including earth work in any type of soil with clamp SITC of copper bounded Rod / Earthing termination bonded steel earth rods of 3 mtrs minimum length, 17.2 mm dia, interconnected with copper bonded flanges (Minimum copper bonding shall be 0.25 mm) along with Rod-to-Conductor connectors, and other accessories as per IS 3043, NBC 2016, IEEE 80, UL 467. CPRI tested at 25KArms along with 30 Kg pure carbon-based Earth Enhancement compound tested by NABL accredit lab for RDHS complying IEC 62561-7 in a sealed bag and inspection pit covers. M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including 250mm dia HDPE pipe of 0.4 mpa working pressure for 150 mm dia MS pipe complete all as specified & directed. .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory fabricated and tested LT Indoor type panel, platform mounted, of size 1500mmx1500mmx600mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars TPN of capacity 400 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel & Mounting Channel frame work made out of angle iron of size 75 mmX5 mm ), front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. The panel manufacturer shall have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (should have IEC:60439-1 test) 2. CPRI Short Circuit withstand strenght should be 50k Arms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 105kA 3. CPRI Certification Rated current for short circuit not less than 4000 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 4. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED 5. The contractor shall be submit detailed drawing of panel with showing all fittings and accessories for approval of GE (I) R&D Delhi before procurement. The rates for civil work i.e. brick work PCC & earth work is also descrived to be including in quoted rates. Note : Old unserviceable starter, MCCB, Contactor will be deposited in MES store yard and taken on ledger charge.

M&L for Repair/Servicing to monoblock motor and pump set 7.5 HP with greasing and replacement of elctrical terminal including painting complete all as specified & directed (Jockey pump).

M&L for Repair/Servicing to Centrifugal motor and pump set 50 HP with greasing and replacement of elctrical terminal including painting complete all as specified & directed (Main Fire fighting pump).

M&L for Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of capacity 50 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the motor to workshop for repair Opening the electric induction motor including taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. including servicing to pump and all other insulating material to make it functional and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Yard hydrant Post / Stand Post 80mm Dia MS both flanged type 1.5m Height as per IS complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 34 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling and watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick to achieve desired compactness complete all as specified & directed
