Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including chaina mozaic, WC etc.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed.as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan pipes shall be paid separetely).

Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exce half brick built in cement mortar including making goor after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

S & F GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by EIC.

M&L for filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on backing coat of wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 400x400x6 to 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not excceding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each all as specified and directed all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 11 above but exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone ( greenish colour, pre mirror polished) slab in one piece as in double steps cill of aluminium slding window 18 to 20 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone ( greenish colour, pre mirror polished) slab in one piece as in lintel and and sides of aluminium sliding window 18 to 20 mm thick over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws locking arrangements etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Minimum 25 micron anodisation for all aluminium sections)

M&L powder coated aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section of ‘F’ section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 ( 80mm x 66 mm aperture) all complete.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all complete.

S&F 4mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all complete.

S & F Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to Aluminium doors,windows shutter aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium serrated finish 20mm dia curtain rod of approved pattern and shade with all fittings as per site requirement such as end block, rounded block, brackets, CP screws, rovel plug, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 2omm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of fplain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles. & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with sovent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification & direction.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixing in opening as per specification & direction.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n. exc 2 sqm all as specified.

M & L Complete removal of existing treatment from wall & ceiling surfaces by scrapping, washing & applying two coat of Acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer inluding necessary scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as direted by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Work to be carried out upto G+14th floor. 2. Second coat to be applied after inspection of 1st coat by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water in patches n.exc. 4 Sqm each.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 05 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface on ceiling finished even and smooth all specified & as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using welded mesh where required all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC to be mixed in setting coat only and WPC and welded mesh shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI make.

Supply only Welded steel wire fabric not exc 4 kg per sqm for plastering in concrete surfaces

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic based exterior paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer & bio wash on wall.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

All as per item 74 above but on ceiling.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and 1:30 slope to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.(ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/RCC surface making surface completely dry and applying primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impreganted.water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified water proofing membrane 4 mm thick ( weighting not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm on prepared suface after the primer has dried the membrane will be laid by torching to the surface as per manufacturer instruction and under strict supervisition .APP polymeric water proofing membrane shall consist of center core of 160 GSM Non Woven polyester mat protected on both side with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix will be procted both side with thermo fusible HMHDPE film having the technical specification, laying procedure , overlap fusing methology and treatment around rain water pipe spout and tank stagging and similar location as per zonal specfication .After laying membrane apply a layer of blown biumen (conforming to IS 702) 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm with blinding material such as sand in dry condition @ .5 to 1.00 Kg/Sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as coping ,roof padding, in roof kerb or mud stops ,water through and like including weathering,silghtly rounded or chamfered angle and throating with necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x22 to 25 m thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs , including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in C:M 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantiling of Asbestos cement/Galualume/GI (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling mild steel work as in angles, tubular ,brackets of vally gutter of any description and in any position.

S&F including fabrication framed work in MS Flat iron such as grills, gratings, etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or bolted with nuts and bolts framework complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not excceding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads all as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase to floors all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing (Mirror finish) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicry - 215 of STP ltd/Rain coat 601 of Dr Fixit/Barrier coat of Araldite Ltd. over a coat of respective primer including prepariation of plaster surfaces or complete removal of existing treatment filling up of all cracks with approved crack fillers all as specified and directed.

M&L anodised aluminium sheeting 22 gauge thick fixed in repairs as in crumple section.

M & L Cutting out natural vegetation plants grown up on wall or roof including roots in any depth and in any position and making good the damaged portion of wall and roof by PCC 1:2:4 or CM 1:4 to match with the exiting surface of roof and wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift wells

Removing demolished material outside MD land all as specified and directed. (Note:- For item No 01 to 105 Work to be carried out at G+14 bldg including top roof, parapet and shaft walls with scaffolding & safety measures in repairs and in patches).

Chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for applying the rust remover alkaline in natrue having specific gravity of 1.1 kg/ltr to the existing/additional rebars including wire brushing manually or by mechanical tools, after cleaning the disturbed surface etc. complete by draining water. Rust remover shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) Note :- Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solids mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturer's instruction. Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) Note :- Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed.

Providing bonding coat of SBR polymer over the exposed steel/welded mesh/concrete in ratio 1:1 to 1:1.5 of polymer and cement complete as directed by the consultant. SBR polymer to be procured from one of the manufacturer's given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite)

M&L for repairing the damaged concrete portion by SBR Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% cement mortar in proportion 1:5:15 i.e. (1 part SBR polymer : 5 parts OPC cement and and 15 parts of graded quartz aggregate (sand) upto 25mm thickness as directed by the manufacturer's instruction including necessary curing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.SBR polymer shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite).

M&L for casting and repairing of excessively damaged members with micro concrete at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing including curing complete. Grade of Micro-concrete to be M-40 at 28 days and same shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/ Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite).
