Amount

White washing with lime to give an even shade. Old work ( two or more coats ).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work ( one or more coats ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Writing of letter on board surface including back ground of boards cleaning surface etc. complete as per the instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Colour washing such as blue green buff to give an even shade old work ( one or more coats ).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm).

Demarkation of line with lime including all materials and labours etc. as per the instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Ornamental painting including base painting of boards in required colour shade and design as per the instruction of Engineer Incharge.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand ).

Brick work with fly ash (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : (CM 1:6 )

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
