Taking down from the foundation for 50 HP Air blower unit after unscrewing nut, bolt washer, strip opening the blower unit for servicing and replacement of gear box , re-assembling, refilling of gear oil and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down from the foundation for 10 HP Air blower unit after unscrewing nut, bolt washer, strip opening the blower unit for servicing and replacement of gear box, re-assembling, refilling of gear oil and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement pressure gauge, analog type with circular dia of 150 mm with reading capacity upto 2.5 kg/sqcm for fixing on inlet sewage well pipes for checking inlet sewage pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of Grit chamber (chamber collecting sewage water directly after pumping) along with regular preventive maintenance of conveyor belt with whole gear mechanism by regular oiling, greasing, any welding work etc. Note : Cost of any minor spare parts used in regular cleaning/maintenance of above item shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Neccesary safety equipments and tools required to the job will be provided by the contractor, safety of labour shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Sprocket for conveyor belt gear mechanism of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Conveyor belt of rubber material of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down gate valve of sizes from 100 mm to 250 mm for and including preventive maintenance including regular oiling, greasing and minor repairs with servicing and refixing the same and checking for smooth function complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of any minor spare parts used in regular maintenance of above item shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning of MBBR Tank by draining the sludge/water by emptying tank and scraping out the dirt from the walls and floor of the tank manually or using mechanised system along with changing media 30% of exixting as directed by Engr-in-Charge and washing with clear water complete all as per directed. Note :Neccesary safety equipments and T&P required to the job will be provided by the contractor, safety of labour shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.

M&L for cleaning of secondary clari-floculator Tank by draining all of water from the tank and removing dirt, algae from the walls and floor of the tank manually or using mechanised system along oiling and greasing of mechanical parts also painting the entire tank with anti-corrosive paint all as directed by Engr -in-Charge Note : Cost of any minor spare parts used in regular cleaning/maintenance of above item shall deemed to be included in the quoted cost. Neccesary safety equipments and T&P required to the job will be provided by the contractor, safety of labour shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor.

Taking down butterfly valve of size 180/200 mm dia and servicing, oiling and greasing the entire valve and refixing the same at original position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any minor spare parts used in regular servicing of above item shall deemed to be included in the quoted cost.
