Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 300mm bore dia complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete bed in haunching and breaking up RCC drain pipes set in cement mortar of 600mm bore dia complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete bed in haunching and breaking up RCC drain pipes set in cement mortar of 900mm bore dia complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Mtr deep and not exc 1.50 Mtr wide in manholes etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling in mass concrete for manholes & drains complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling in mass concrete for manholes & drains complete all as directed..

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in benching and surface channel / drain etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping with including use and waste of form work etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary sufaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 for bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300mm bore dia reinforced concrete drain pipes class NP-2 confirming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 with collars all as specified and as directed .

M & L for 600mm bore dia reinforced concrete drain pipes class NP-2 confirming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 with collars all as specified and as directed .

M & L for 900mm bore dia reinforced concrete drain pipes class NP-2 confirming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 with collars all as specified and as directed .

Returning , filling in , including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where as directed at a level not exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

S & F mild steel work in Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or any type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of tube section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. S & F 2.00mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etccomplete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Each line of wire to be measured.)

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zink chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floors, health or walls tiling and stone flooring including cement mortar bedded (but not backing) and removing of debris out side defence land complete all as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast coloured, chequered cement concrete tiles, glossy finish of size 300 x 300mm x 20mm thick, conforming to IS-1237 (2006) with mixture white cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors in coloured cement to match including screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing debris out side defence land all as directed.

M & L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, floor / skirting / risers or as in vertical support or counter top for wash basin and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed layer in CM 1:3 with edges polished / rounded as ordered incuding cutting circular or eliptical hole in granite slab and fixing in position complete and ensure best adhesion to surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, Cooking platform, and other similar situations all as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed, bedded and pointed in cement mortor all as directed.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops etc, section of fillete exc 25 Sqcm not exc 50Sqmcm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete , laying at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (Thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, in cover slabs (for man holes / drains etc.) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down drain cover slabs of any description & Cleaning of choked storm water drains of any width by roding or mechanical means and well flushing with water taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where as directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as directed.

M & L dry boulder pitching with using hard broken boulders of granite / trap stone , hand packed tightly including dismantling existing pitching complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L dry filling of white sand free from organic , silt or clay contaminates etc around trees / paths / play grounds etc complete all as specified and as directed.
