Provn of 315 KVA distribution transformer and connected items for 03 Phase supply to Bldg No 299 (Wks) under GE (East) Mathura

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type ,floor mounted step down non sealed type transformer, 11/0.433 KV, powder coated of capacity 315 KVA ,core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural-air natural with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having taping at ± 2.5%,+5.0% & ± 7.5 % on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40º in oil and 45º in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 updated, level-2 (2 star). Dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 45 KV and it has accessories such as LT Box at LT side, silica gel breather, oil level indicator, conservator tank with oil level indicator, drain out valve(oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temperature gauge, lifting lugs and cast iron wheel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, of cross section area 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing U/G cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured elect power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade system of cross section area 300 Sqmm, Single Core laid in trenches / duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting to installation / equipment / panel with Bus Bar etc with suitable lugs, glands, nuts-bolt & washer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing U/G cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured elect power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade system of cross section area 300 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting to installation/ equipment / panel with Bus Bar etc with suitable lugs, glands, nuts-bolt & washer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing U/G cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured elect power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade system of cross section area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/ duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting to installation / equipment / panel with Bus Bar etc with suitable lugs, glands, nuts-bolt & washer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing U/G cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured elect power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade system of cross section area 25 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting to installation / equipment / panel with Bus Bar etc with suitable lugs, glands, nuts-bolt & washer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and exc 1.5 metre but not exc 3.0 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
