Supply of Smart Boards of known reputed brands to Mangalore University Mangalagangothri under PM USHA Grant

Bidder should be in field of IT Products for more than 5 years Names and addresses of at least one organization in Karnataka to whom the Smart Boards/Interactive panel have been supplied by the bidder during the past 2 years with copies of purchase order

The vendor should have minimum of Rs. 50 lakh annual turnover for the past three years

The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of items. Proof of the same should be submitted along with the tender document

The bidder or his authorized agent should have established service centre in Mangalore, having at least three service engineers, for effectively co-coordinating service related matter during the warranty period. The particulars of service centre viz., contact person, address, landline telephone number etc., should be furnished. A trade certificate in the name of service centre issued by Mangalore City Corporation shall be uploaded If the service centre is not in the name of the bidder, then the bidder should authorize the service centre for providing services on behalf of the bidder

Technical specification by the vendor shall clearly include the model number/version or edition of the quoted item. Upload the corresponding technical data-sheet

Document indicating appropriate ISO / ICSA certification for quoted items shall be uploaded
