Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick cement base wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather proof paint over a coat of primer & 1mm thick cement base wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick cement base wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old distemperd/ painted wall surface by washing down, rubbing and stopping including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with airless spray machine on wall surface including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and as directed. Brand Specific replace with airless spray complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inches / 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of cement based wall putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Thickness as per manufacturer instection/technical sheet)
