Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set developing 156 BHP water cooled of capacity 125 KVA (110 KW), 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor , mounted on common base frame coupled, 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house up to 1.00 meter, AVM pads, foundation as per manifacture's design, battery start with suitable cable for connection from DG Set to panel board complete with acoustic enclosure as per specification of pollution control board and including the following:- . Note - For item No. 17 to 20 :- (a) The exact location of bore well shall be indicated by the engineer-in-charge based on the CGWB report available with the department at the time of commencement of work on ground. (b) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of machinery, loading unloading, cost of fuel,other lubricants, transportation of all tools, moblization of machine, demoblization after completion of work of machine and accessories complete. (c) For the payment purpose only single unit of work for trial bore shall be measured & paid. (d) Necessary mandatory clearance from the concerned statutory /governing body or J&K PHE ground water department as the case may be shall be obtained by the contractor before commencement of work and the fees / charges on this account shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against. (e) Depending upon the avialability of water bearing strata if drilling beyond 100 m depth is required, the same shall be carried out after taking order from GE and rate for drilling beyond 100m depth shall be paid at the rates quoted against Srl item No. 20.00 of BOQ. (f) Verticality of the borewell shall be supported with verticality test certificate before lowering of casing pipe.The cost of verticality test is deemed to be include in unit rate.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 200 mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blind pipe having wall thickness 6.4 mm as per IS-4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc welding, in random length of 3 to 6 metre, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe to a depth of 100 metre below ground level complete or more as applicable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 200mm bore pipe in two piece having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts and bolts and washers etc. including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp for 200mm bore MS ERW pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts, nuts washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS cutting shoe suitable for 200 mm bore pipe as per requirement of odex attachment all as specified and directed.

Development of borewell as per IS-2800 by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity air compressor untill the sand free water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period of 16 hours in a cycle of 24 hours. The final discharge shall be free from sand to deliver minimum 3 LPS of water and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
