Dismantling of old unserviceable/broken/jointed ACSR conductor or earth wire from poles and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down burnt and broken out insulators of any size from LT Poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable cradle guard/earthing from LT Poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&f burnt brick of size 230x115x75 mm sub class B for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation, mass concrate) as in foundation of poles & stay etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioing of outdoor type, weather proof, LT Panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 40x40x6 mm equal angle, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks of size 15x15x15 cm front and back openable, double door openable up to minimum 150 degree & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers , IP 54 protection, powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliset for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produced to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall accomodate the following equipments: -

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross section complete with all acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rigid steel conduit heavy of size 20 mm dia with all fittings and fixed to pole for protection to PVC cable connection from junction box to security light included MS clamp of size 25mmx3mm thick MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers, duly painted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F modular box of size 280x170x130 mm made of FRP inpact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6 A, Connector terminal block 4 pole 16 A capacity and fixing to the street light or post top light pole with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for road cuttig existing road for crossing of underground electric cable for laying of any size GI tubing including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Width of trench shall be 15 cm and depth shall be up to 30 cm.
