Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (i) SR No5.02

Providing and laying dense graded Bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-ii, Premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control tot the requied grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as Per MoRTH specification clause No 505 or SL No.5.04 (B) complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grading-II) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading-ii, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required gradw,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 or SL No.5.05 (B) complete in all respects.

Brick masonary work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and Technical specification Clauses 1300 as per SI No. (5) 12.06 , 1300 C

P/L of cement concrete (CC Grade M20) in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical specifications 1500, 1700, & 2100 as per SI No.(7) 12.08 B CASE-I

Plastering work with cement mortar in (1:3) cement and coarse , 12 mm thick on brick work in substructure complete as per drawing and Technical specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200 as per SI No.(20) 13.03

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53mmto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clause 405.
