Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep, getting out the excavated earth bottom surface to required gradient and including taking out old bricks ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Removal of excavated material such as soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs conventional LED street light 60 watt 230 volts pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP protection IP.66 batter optics for uniform distribution having surge protection 10 KV, sealed driver in replacement of conventional street light 70/125 watt SV/MV complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in repairs LED street light 45 watt 230 volts pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP protection IP.66 batter optics for uniform distribution having surge protection 10 KV, sealed driver in replacement of conventional street light 70/125 watt SV/MV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair 1.5 sqmm two single core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor multi-strand cable for electric connection from overhead line / junction box to street light complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 25mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs of electric astronomical timer control panel, cubical type, for out door use, dust & vermin proof wall mounted made out of CRCA steel sheet with time switches type 63 Amps 3 pole/230 Volt Analog time switch with complete accessories to fix on pole for switch on, off and control the street light timings including testing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make: Havells SAP code IHXSS01060 or equivalent with approved list of makes.

All as per description of serial item No. 10.0 here in before but 40 Amps 3 pole/230 Volt Analog time switch complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make - Havells SAP code IHXSS0312A or equivalent with approved list of makes.

Supply and fix as in repairs Junction box (Bus bar chamber box) of size 250 x 200x 105 mm made out palstic suitable for 415 Volt, 63 A, 4 Way TPN aluminium bus bars of capacity 100 amps with 01 No. MCB, SP, 2.5 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA for controlling the street light complete fixing arrangement to the pole with nut, bolts and washers including providing the electrical connection for incoming / outgoing cable through proper lugs/thimbles complete all as directed.

Taking out defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor of any size from trenches, from wall/poles/under floor etc, shifting serviceable cable for relaying or removing the unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of brick/tile as cable protection, GI pipe and cable joint etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) After taking out the cables from the trench, serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed to wall / passing through pipe / pole and testing compete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Excavation & earth work, Brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately,
