Rate Contract for maintenance of Window AC Split AC units at various TE Bldgs BTS sites under Kalyan SSA.

Attending complaint and checking of faults of AC unit including controller, power supply D.B. by skilled technician, rectification of minor faults/wiring etc. as reqd . ( Note :- The item shall be measured from subdivision HQ ( i.e Kalyan ) for one side distance only )

NOTE: This item shall be measured for verification of initial defect of each AC unit. For subsequent visit to attend the AC unit to provide the items here under will not be paid separately. It is assumed that all the items as below shall be carried out by agency in first visit only. Any subsequent visit required shall be borne by the agency.

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR/2TR window/Split AC/High Sensible unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, dedusting by high pressure air blower/ Jet pump for washing condenser, evaporator if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd. Item also includes visit charge for carrying out wet servicing.

Attending of leakage in 1.5 TR Split AC/Window AC unit by brazing / flaring the leak points, vacumising, purging flushing the system, and making the system leak proof i/c arranging brazing kit and supplying & charging of R22/ R410 / R134 refrigerant gas at site, testing & commissioning etc as required

Dismantling of 1.5 /2.0 TR Window/Split /High Sensible Split AC Indoor & Outdoor unit a/w stand, piping, cable on MS tray / Wall, removing existing DB, MCBs, Timers, (Pump down of refrigerant) & other associated items of AC job etc.and cleaning of indoor & out door units, keeping all dismantled material at suitable place ready for shifting as required.

Shifting/Transportation of 1.5 / 2.0 TR Window/Split/High Sensible AC units with all accessories from various exchanges of SSA and shifting to TE Bldg ( as per LOI). i/c hiring of vehicle, loading of ACs and unloading at TE etc. complete as required.

Supplying & Charging of R22 / R410 / R134 gas for existng AC unit for topping up etc. as reqd.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5 TR Window A.C. unit on the existing MS Stand & making hole in existing window with properly finshing & minor civil work etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing & commissioning (I/T/C) of wall mounted 1.5 /2.0 TR Split AC unit i/c installation of Condenser unit on existing M.S. stand, indoor unit on existing wall, providing nut bolts, making adequate hole in the wall for entry of copper pipes/tray, closing of holes, air gaps etc. after installation making testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd i/c fixing of existing Copper refrigerent piping brazing, leakage test, complete with wet servicing of Window / Split AC unit greasing of Fan motor, replacement of bush/bearing of fan / blower Motor, cleaning of condenser coil with caustic soda, washing of filters i/c removing and refixing AC unit, testing complete etc. as reqd.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of 2 x 1.5 TR High Sensible A.C. units indoor & outdoor unit on the existing MS Stand & making hole for refrigerant piping/Drain piping from indoor to outdoor & finishing it properly & making refrigerant piping properly by foam tubing & leak testing of line etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of prefabricated M.S. powder coated stand having projection arm (set of 2 Nos) suitable for mounting outdoor unit of the above AC i/c providing necessary hardware support etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Fixing of MS iron stand made of suitable size for mounting outdoor unit of the above AC i/c cutting , welding , grouting , painting and minor civil works etc complete as required ( to be provided wherever wall stands are not feasible).

Supply & Fixing following size copper refrigerent pipes if required at site I/c cutting, bending, brazing etc. complete as reqd during installation.

Supplying and Fixing 20 mm dia ISI mark heavy duty PVC pipe with accessories for drain water connection etc. as required.

SITC of twin AC Controller comprising of following accessories enclosed in suitable size sheet steel enclosure( approx size 400 mm 350 mm x150 mm) on din rail mounting alongwith necessary power wiring with 4 sqmm copper conductor cable & control wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable etc. as reqd.
